Dolores Ann Tiner (Woodson), formerly of Geneva, Alabama, passed away on February 1, 2019 at age 71 after a battle with cancer.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 16, at Community Life Church in Roanoke, AL at 10:00 am. There will also be a celebration of life on Sunday, February 17, at Liberty Chapel Baptist Church in Samson, Alabama at 10:00. am
Dolores was born in Gatesville, TX on May 20, 1947. She graduated from Spring Branch High School in 1965. She was a long-time employee of the Alabama Cooperative Extension System through Auburn University.
Dolores was preceded in death by her husband Danny; her father John Monroe Woodson, as well as her sister, Debbie. She is survived by her mother Johnny Margaret Woodson; sisters Rhonda (Jack) and Ramona (John); three sons, Samuel (Noelle), Jonathan, and Jesse (Katie); grandchildren Kayley (Greg), Ian (Kyla), Hannah, Emmah, Isabellah and Wyatt (May 2019); many nephews and nieces, and her beloved dog, Lady Bug.
