The death of Kelvin Burks has been ruled a homicide
The Opp Police Department has learned from the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences that the cause of death of Kelvin Burks has been ruled a homicide.
Opp Criminal Investigators in conjunction with the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) and the Covington County District Attorney’s Office have been working day and night investigating this case to determine who is responsible.
If anyone from the public has any information about this incident, please contact the Opp Police Department. Since this case is in the early stages no other information will be released at this time.
